Tyson Hahn is an instrumental rock guitarist who began playing at the age of seven. Influenced by Randy Rhoads, Yngvie Malmsteen, Joe Satriani, Classical, and mid-eastern music. Tyson began developing his very distinct writing style while playing in various bands in high school and gained a reputation as one of the best electric and classical guitarists in San Antonio, TX.
After completing high school, Tyson began studying classical guitar and music theory and composition in college. He received his Bachelors of Music from UTSA.
Tyson has won 4 guitar competitions and played showcases as a classical guitarist in Texas and Mexico. He has also composed and arranged instrumental music for independent films, live theater pieces, bands, and chamber ensembles.
Tyson is currently working on a collection of instrumental rock songs for a solo CD.
