After many years of playing songs written by someone else, I decided that getting my own songs out to the world was more important. So, what you'll find here are my original songs, written mainly from life experience...call it "therapy for my soul" (and a few favorite covers tossed in).
I write, play and sing about love and lost love mainly, but tucked in as well are the occassional celebrations of life and a few instrumentals. This is MY music, from MY mind, MY heart and MY life. You may find that it is kinda different, just like ME.
Look at my picture. Do you see that guitar? That guitar was made by Tama (yes, the drum company) back in the '70's. It found its way to me back in 1997. That guitar kicks ass over many a Martin or Taylor. In fact, it is second only to my Breedlove. This guitar was my exclusive instrument in the recording of these songs. Yeah, we added some effects, but through and through, my Tama is that old friend that I feel most comfortable playing. Soon, this guitar will find its way into the hands of another who will come to appreciate the wonderful sound that may be made with it. I hope that she will embrace it and cherish it as I have.
